Unfortunately we do not ship outside of the UK and do not allow the general public on site without an appointment so please call or email to avoid disappointment.
We use Royal Mail or DPD for small items under 1mtr in length, you will be receive a delivery day and time slot once booked with DPD, if this is not suitable you can use the DPD portal to arrange an alternative delivery.
All own stock (i.e. Camo, in-lite and Ryno)items may take 2 working days to dispatch at busier times, orders received on Friday will not leave until the following Monday. Deliveries will be made by our preferred carrier DPD or DPD Freight for non palletised items over 1 mtr in length. Deliveries will need signing for and any damages or missing items signed as such and must be notified same day as delivery is made.

Palletised goods are typically 7-12 working days and will also need signing as damaged if in any way the pallet is damaged, we will contact you with a delivery day for palletised goods. If for any reason there is nobody in to take delivery of palletised goods you will be charged a redelivery fee before redelivery is attempted. You will be required to unload by hand yourself if the driver is not able to use the vehicle’s tail lift. The transport company allow a window of 20 minutes for unloading by hand so please make sure you have enough people to help if required, please be aware of this before ordering. We will need 24hrs notice to change palletised delivery days. Access restrictions for larger vehicles need to be stated at time of order.
Glass and orders usually have a lead time of between 7-10 working days for most English/Welsh Postcodes depending on location (Scotland/Devon/Cornwall 10-20 working days) as all toughened glass is made to order and non-returnable.

Non stock item orders, such as stainless steel, glass, composite decking & balustrade, metal railing and eco fence the customer will be given an estimated delivery day where possible and any delays will be notified. Deck Supermarket Limited can not be held responsible for any delays which may happen during busier times. All goods are sent through 3rd party couriers, although we try to specify delivery dates where possible we can not be held responsible if they do not adhere to these dates although all efforts will be made to supply your goods on the dates given. All deliveries require a signature and help unloading and glass will require unloading by yourself, please be aware before placing your order. If for any reason you are unable to accept delivery of your glass on the delivery date scheduled please notify us 72hrs before and we can rearrange accordingly. The redelivery charge for glass orders is £200 + VAT.
Non UK Mainland (including the Scottish Highlands and all other offshore isles) orders may incur additional costs (we will contact you) and can be on average 3-5 working days
