Returned + Unwanted Goods Policy and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of the date of receipt of goods*. The customer will be responsible for all fees/charges incurred in returning the goods, which could differ from the delivery charge. Goods returned may be subject to up to a 50% restocking charge if they are of reduced value. All refunds will be made within 14 days following the goods being received back into our facility.  Please notify us first to get a returns authorisation note and return the goods in as new condition and in their original packaging/box including all instructions/accessories, all returns should be made by a registered carrier and insured, we will not accept returns made in person or goods without an Authorised returns note. Split packs and goods that have been cut, drilled or modified in any way will not be returnable. Payments made by card will be refunded back on to the card on which they were purchased all other refunds will be made by cheque within 14 days from return of goods. *Any goods custom made or cut to customers requirements such as Toughened Safety Glass, Upvc Balustrade and Upvc Gates will be exempt from our refund policy as they are custom made to order and as such are not covered by the returns policy in Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014.

Returns will only be accepted up to 28 days from the day you receive your goods.
